beginning at 9:00 a.m.

1. Request approval of renewal of lease agreement with the Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for the office space located at Haywood County Agriculture Services Center – Ira Dove, County Manager – ATTACHMENT 10

2. Request approval for funding from Governing Body for the Annual Firefighter Competition and the Annual Emergency Services Appreciation Dinner - $500 for Competition, $2500 for Dinner – Greg Shuping, Emergency Management Director

3. Update on Francis Farm Landfill – current information concerning cap remediation – Mark Cathey, Sr. Project Manager, McGill & Associates Engineering; Stephen King, Solid Waste Director – ATTACHMENT 11

4. Request consideration of purchase of real property of Shelton Living Trust: Track 10, PIN#8626-21-7591, Deed Book/Page 775/1145 off Farmview Rd. Waynesville, N.C.- Ira Dove, County Manager - ATTACHMENT 12                      

5.
