                                                       The Board will meet in the HAYWOOD COUNTY COURTROOM

                                                     of the HISTORIC COURTHOUSE at 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville

                                                                                           beginning at 5:30 p.m.

                                                         Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 5:20 p.m. and are limited

                                                     to three (3) minutes. Audience members may not address the Board at any time

                                                                     during deliberations unless recognized by the Chairman.

                                             b.  General Fund – Health & Human Services – Public Assistance - $159,657 state and federal

                                                  reimbursements for administration costs of Child Development Center program –

                                                  additional federal TANF funds designated for County Child Welfare Program improvement

                                                  additional federal and state funds to support the purchase, implementation, and customization

                                                  of the Electronic Health Records system – ATTACHMENT 7

                                                  state and local funds from Foster Care cost of care that will not be needed this fiscal year,

                                                  into line items for the purchase of vehicles that are primarily used by the Child Welfare staff

                                             f.  General Fund – Human Services – JCPC - $7,939 – To appropriate additional funding from

                                                  the state for the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council programs, and the request for the county

                                       Request approval of resolution for the sale of property located at 450 Pigeon Street to the Pigeon
