of the HISTORIC COURTHOUSE at 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville

beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 5:20 p.m. and are limited

to three (3) minutes. Audience members may not address the Board at any time

during deliberations unless recognized by the Chairman.

                                  Daily Membership (ADM) numbers for the Haywood Community Learning Center –

                              4. Request approval of support for the Town of Canton’s Aquatic Fitness Center project and

                                  approval for the county manager to write a letter of support to the USDA on behalf of the

                              5. Request approval to award required special inspection to Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc.

                                  as the lowest proposal received per the 2012 North Carolina Building Code Section 1704, and

                                  approve funding from the project contingency in the amount of $12,125 for the Haywood

                                  County Emergency Medical Services/Emergency Management Base – Dale Burris, Facilities

                                  and Maintenance Director – ATTACHMENT 12


                              6. Budget amendment - Capital Project Fund – EMS/Emergency Management BASE –

                                  $12,125 – to cover special inspections required. This will come from the contingency in the

                              7. Request approval of one half of a $5,000 match ($2,500), along with State funding of

                                  $20,000 for the purchase of a van for the North Carolina Dept. of Public Safety Aspire Youth
