                                                  The Board will meet in the HAYWOOD COUNTY COURTROOM

of the HISTORIC COURTHOUSE at 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville

beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 5:20 p.m. and are limited

to three (3) minutes.  Audience members may not address the Board at any time

during deliberations unless recognized by the Chairman.

       6.    Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Haywood, North

                          Carolina, approving an Installment Financing contract and Deed of Trust with

 7.   Approve Agency Agreement by and between The Board of Trustees of Haywood

       Community College and Haywood County, North Carolina regarding a plan to

        finance the Public Services Training Facility to be repaid with sales tax dedicated to

 8.   Approve Lease by and between County of Haywood, N.C. and The Board of

       Trustees of Haywood Community College regarding a plan to finance the Public

 9.   Approve construction contract for Haywood Community College’s Public Services

       Training Facility between Brantley Construction Company, LLC and the Trustees of

       Haywood Community College – to be approved by the Board of Commissioners

                        Owned Property allowing the County Manager to enter into negotiations and

                  6.  Request approval of renewal of lease agreement with the Department of Agriculture
