Haywood County Public Library announces the arrival of Zinio Print

The Haywood County Public Library is now offering Zinio for Libraries, an online service that allows you to download digital copies of popular magazines to your computer, tablet or mobile device. You can view Zinio magazines via a web browser or through an app. Zinio apps are available for the following devices: desktop, Blackberry, I Pad, I Phone, Android or Kindle Fire.

Zinio is easy to use Go to the Haywood County Public Library website and click on the Zinio icon.  You should click on “Create Account.”  Enter your Haywood County Public Library patron card number and click “Validate.”  Then you must enter your email address and a password.  Click on “Create Account.”   This should take you to the magazine list currently available to Haywood County Public Library patrons.  At this point you can click on the magazine that you would like to view.  The chosen magazine must download before you can view it.  If the magazine does not download within a few seconds, click on the item again.  Once loaded the magazine is yours to keep.  It will stay until you delete it.

Please enjoy Zinio for free magazines as well as HCPL’s other digital resources such as Freegal for free music, the North Carolina Digital Library (NCDL) for digital books on loan or Pronunciator, language software.  All of these services are provided for free through Haywood County Public Library system.
