The Board will meet in the HAYWOOD COUNTY COURTROOM

of the HISTORIC COURTHOUSE at 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville

beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 8:50 a.m. and are limited

to three (3) minutes.  Audience members may not address the Board at any time

during deliberations unless recognized by the Chairman.

property leased by the Haywood Pathways Center (HPC) to provide emergency shelter and

short-term housing for homeless women and children at a cost of $625,000; to be paid for from

fundraising campaigns and potential grant monies – Mandy Haithcox, Executive Director, HPC –



                   2.  Request approval to submit a proposal for the use of Title III United States Forest Service funds

                        in the amount of $61,108.36 – Greg Shuping, Emergency Services Director – ATTACHMENT 3


                   3.  Request approval of Haywood County Property Bids and Offers to Purchase initial offering for

Parcel 8666-29-4258 at 36 Gibson Street, Canton – Ira Dove, County Manager –
