                                           The Board will meet in the HAYWOOD COUNTY COURTROOM

                                        of the HISTORIC COURTHOUSE at 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville

                                                                                beginning at 5:30 p.m.

                                   Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 5:20 p.m. and are limited

                                to three (3) minutes. Audience members may not address the Board at any time

                          7. Request approval of the annual contract between the Sheriff’s Office and Haywood

                              Community College to provide school resource officers on the campus of Haywood

                          8. Request approval to solicit design from Nature Explore to provide research-based outdoor

                              classroom design services at the Canton Library Giving Garden to be funded through a gift to

                              the Haywood County Public Library Foundation; said design to be approved by the Board

                         9. Request approval to reclassify two current Information Technology positions to better meet

                             Centers Service Agreement at a cost of $13,520 annually to be paid from Solid Waste fees –
