The Board will meet in the HAYWOOD COUNTY COURTROOM
of the HISTORIC COURTHOUSE at 215 N. Main Street, Waynesville
beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Citizens must sign up for public comment prior to 8:50 a.m.
and are limited to three (3) minutes. Audience members may not address
the Board at any time during deliberations unless recognized by the Chairman.

2. Request approval of additional engineering services for demolition and Sawmill Drive improvement project at Haywood Community College – Brek Lanning, Director of Campus Development – ATTACHMENT 6

3. Budget amendment – Haywood Community College - $9,300 from contingency, and transfer of $2,000 of the budget from construction to demolition to reflect updated cost estimates for additional engineering services – Julie Davis, Finance Director – ATTACHMENT 7

4. Request approval for Health & Human Services Agency special reduced pricing of seasonal influenza vaccine for community events: Flu Mist - $36, quadrivalent flu “shot” - $34; and request approval of fee for long-acting birth control Skyla based on Medicaid reimbursement - $750 – Carmine Rocco, Director, Division of Health - ATTACHMENT 8

5. Budget amendment - Health & Human Services Agency - $50 – federal funding received for communicable disease prevention program – Julie Davis, Finance Director - ATTACHMENT 9

6. Request approval of resolution for Declaration of Surplus Property for the donation of the structure known as the chapel at the Haywood County Former NCDOC facility to the Haywood Christian Emergency Shelter – Ira Dove, County Manager – ATTACHMENT 10
